Back in 2013, I felt like I was losing it - like my world was unraveling... But even in the chaos, there was a quiet part of me that knew something deeper was happening.

For a long time, it felt as though these painful things were happening to me. It felt as though I was fated to the same bitter illness of my lineage.

💀It wasn’t until I understood the unconscious mind that I was able to transform my behavior and stop attracting abusive men, “bad luck”, and poor health.

👁What I failed to realize was my part in creating those situations.

Once I understood the root- the functional biomechanics, depth psychology, and quantum physics- I was able to excavate my beliefs at that level.

..and then integrate that learning into wisdom - my whole world shifted.

For a long time, it felt as though these painful things were happening to me. It felt as though I was fated to the same bitter illness of my lineage.

💀It wasn’t until I understood the unconscious mind that I was able to transform my behavior and stop attracting abusive men, “bad luck”, and poor health.

👁What I failed to realize was my part in creating those situations.

Once I understood the root- the functional biomechanics, depth psychology, and quantum physics- I was able to excavate my beliefs at that level.

As a bi-polar, moody-ass human, I had to learn this early.

If I let my mood lead my ambition, I’d never get anywhere.

I don’t want to train in the gym every day.
I don’t want to meditate every day.
I don’t want to create content every day.

But I do because what I truly want is so much bigger than a moment of brattiness.

I know my mood will shift from moment to moment, I design flexibility into my schedule.

That way, when my mood throws a tantrum against my plan, I can still make a compromise with her… without abandoning my goals.

This is where the difference between consistency and devotion comes in.

Consistency never fully encompassed what it means to be committed to something.

I get bored doing the same thing every day.

Devotion, on the other hand, keeps me aligned with my goals and gives me the freedom to satisfy my emotional self.

Devotion can look like:
✨ Time blocking (boundaries with freedom inside)
✨ Giving myself an aligned reward (like a coconut water after my cycling circuit)
✨ Completing the minimum requirement (instead of going 110%, doing just enough to stay on track)
